Project Overview
The new factory covers an area of 303,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 334,000 square meters. It comprises four main buildings: the assembly building, the reactor and exchanger building, the raw material building, and the finished product building, plus an experimental building. The assembly building has three floors, while the other buildings are of two-story structure;
Project process and outcomes
The Haier Commercial Air Conditioning New Factory Planning Project spanned eight months. The Jinggong Intelligence team fully integrated lean concepts, broke traditional production models, and embarked on a comprehensive industry benchmarking. Starting from multiple aspects such as lean, intelligent, and informationalization, they introduced 55 intelligent technologies to lead the new model of central air conditioning. The overall project planning revolves around "low carbon, high intelligence, and IoT", aiming to build the world's first green and sustainable multi-split light tower factory.
